ACCOMMODATIONS & ROOMS

Accommodations include Full RV hookup sites with 30amp service available for any size Motorhome, Camper or PopUp. Some 50amp sites are available on a limited basis. Fully stocked RENTAL UNITS with all the necessities are available for your relaxing stay. In addition, we have Rooms available in the BARE LODGE located above the Clubhouse which consists of 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a shared Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Coffee area and 2 Shared Bathrooms. Also available for your relaxing stay is D’s Place! A cozy comfortable retreat in a Park Model within the community, complete with all the comforts of home. Another place to unwind is **Buddy’s Place! ** This is a Premier Rental with a spacious deck and an Outdoor Shower with a propane tank for an instant hot water shower in the woods! Non-Members staying in any of the accommodations must pay the $55 Daily Rate for Grounds Fee payable directly to Whispering Oaks. Please Note that ALL RENTAL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING.

THE BARE LODGE

The Bare Lodge offers a cozy and inviting retreat with 3 bedrooms (1 King bedroom & 2 Queen bedrooms) which

can be rented individually for the perfect fun filled getaway! Guests can gather in the shared Living Room

with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. The shared Dining Room provides a welcoming space for meals,

while the equipped Kitchen has the necessities you need. A dedicated Coffee Area adds

a charming touch, making it the perfect spot to start the day with a fresh brew.

Whether you’re unwinding with friends or enjoying a peaceful escape, the Bare Lodge provides a home-away-from-home experience.

D’s PLACE

As you enter this park model you'll be greeted by a welcoming Living area that is tastefully

furnished with large windows that allow in the natural light. The fully equipped Kitchen has

modern appliances and ample counter space. A tranquil bedroom with comfortable bedding

allows you to drift into a restful sleep and awaken refreshed for a new day. Engage in the

community activities or enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. Nonmembers must pay the $55

Daily Rate for Grounds Fee payable directly to Whispering Oaks. Grounds Fee give you

access to the Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis & Pickelball Courts, Games, pond,

trails and Club's activities. NUDITY IS REQUIRED WHEN IN THE POOL, HOT TUB,

SAUNA or COMMON AREAS OF THE RESORT.

Buddy’s Place welcomes you to your comfortable hideaway as you begin a mini vacation of fun filled activities! Participate in as many or as few activities as you prefer. As you enter the spacious outdoor deck you’re surrounded by towering trees and the sounds of nature. Your accommodations include a cozy Living area and Kitchen area. Your relaxing bedroom will reward you with a comfortable sleep and awaken to a new day full of new fun. Enjoy an outdoor temperature controlled shower right off your back deck. With the comforts of the trailer and the adventure of the outdoors, it’s a fun-filled getaway that blends relaxation with excitement.
